    Rotating

Hey, I'm entirely new to mastercam. I've imported a Pro/E File, however what I want to be the XY plane is the zy Plane. However when i try n Rotate I seem only able to rotate about the Z axis, what can I do?

Set your construction plane to "right" then you'll be rotating in the correct direction...

    Or...

Learn how to use the WCS and you'll never have to translate or rotate for this reason again. Instead you'll just create a new WCS in the orientation you need. This is especially handy when your customer changes the model and you have to try to update your files... If you never rotated it in the first place chances are it will be in the correct location when you import the updated model.

Well if you can hear the video but not see it I would recommend downloading updates for your current software or perhaps changing to something else...

I use Windows Media Player and it plays fine.

Cob, like Matt was saying what version of Media player are you using. I run Version 11 but it should run fully on V9
