Hello everyone! Relatively new to the lathe option. Been using the Mill option for a bit and finally got around to making my first part using the lathe option. Having a bit of trouble. Working on a simple aluminum part that has a contour in it along the entire length. Perfect part for Mastercam. Problem is when I post the code, the depth of cut (X) along the entire chain that I selected is exactly twice as much as it should be. The code for the length (Z) location is correct. I've tried everything and can't seem to figure it out. I know it's probably something minor that I'm missing. Anyone have any ideas on what to check? Thanks for the help. Rob |

| Well it always helps to know what version of Mastercam your using. If your in V9, you can open your post in the editor and search for "dia_mult" you will find a line that looks like this.... dia_mult : 2 #Multiplier for output on X axis (Neg. switches sign of X) Set it to : 1 for X radial values.
