I dont know much about mx2 but if i draw a shape with a radius in the corners and run a contour tool path on it it works fine but when i make any thing with a angle in the corners and run a contour tool path on it the it cuts on the inside of it instead of the out side and the box inside/outside you see when chaining does not make a difference so where do you change it at? and what does the drop down box with outside/inside and theres 2 more in there but can't remember what they are what does that change? |

| it is the direction of the arrow. the clock wise cuts inside and counterclockwise cuts outside. Also make sure the Compasation is set to left. look at picture

| The arrow direction with chain is the way the tool moves in contour, right or left determines the side of the line the tool comps to. steve www.cad2cam.net
