mastercam 9, USE ENTRY POINT

mastercam 9, USE ENTRY POINT, in lead in lead out. I want to force the tool to enter the work at a designated spot to contour. I have not had any success. Please tell me how to accomplish this. I have been using the arcs and lines, but that is not very efficient.

Create a point where you want to enter,then on toolpath,chain pick the point first,then the contour.Then on your tool paramaters goto your lead in lead out page enter 0 on everything then check the use entry point box.
