Tracing a chain

Ok, I've been playing around with MasterCam X for awhile now and I've been able to do quite a bit. But one thing I can not figure out is just how to trace out a simple chain...

Basically I just want to generate a toolpath that follows a group of chains, like some text. No pockets, just trace a line! This just seems so easy but I can't figure it out.

Ha... I think I figured it out! I found a video by cadcam called engraving101.

I just use "chain in window" and use the square box and drag the box over the whole text.
