Recently Mastercam v9.1 was moved onto my account from another account on the same computer, now I'm unable to "Import sheets from nesting session" and under the parts tab I can't "Save list as library" or "Load part library". I've also tried to create a new sheet and then export it to a library but all these options are grayed out... Any suggestions?

Yes, I do which is why I'm confused.
and it is not asking for codes I am guessing.and if you log back on as the old you it all works fine? or was this computer a re-install?

It was switched onto my account from another account on the same computer after the guy who was using it left. I can log in under his id but the company really would like to get his info out of the system
Let me do some homework today I know I have come across this in my past on the tech support line.
