not listing all files on file get

Have some issues seeing files longer than 8 char. long. kind of like DOS not reading passed this amount. Im using win.XP Pro. and mastercam version9.
the only way around it is to drop down menu and us all files. Does anyone have an idea how to get around this task ?

Talk to your dealer and get them to get you the free upgrade to 9.1 this issue was solved there.
