Best Teaching aids for MasterCAM 9

Having a background in 2d &3d modeling in AutoCAD as well as Catia, I'm looking for the best teaching tools i.e. books dvd's etc... in regards to MasterCAM 9. I want to stress the point of "easy to understand". Learning ACAD was pretty intuitive but Catia was a bloody nightmare by comparison. I feel that Catia is the most non-linear/intuitive piece of software created. And the teaching tools were even worse. So I need something that makes sense. I will be working in wood, so routing, pockets and compound curves are the bulk of what I'll be doing. And I've never done any CNC/CAM just CAD. Thanks.

I have 3 for X by Charles Davis, little pricey, but well worth the money if you are serious about learning. Hopes this help's. Harold
