| Here is another option I didn't create any surface. I used the 3d wireframe to create the swept toolpath. the result is real close to Cadcams flowline with a swept surface. The tool wil stay in the cavity. Blend toolpath when they released this back in v9 was the new flowline I'm not sure if they (Mastercam) says this or not but it is a great toolpath for this shape the direction of cut can also be changed as in the flowline cadcam did. http://www.cad2cam.net/swept3d/swept3d.html Like I said before many different ways to get what you want.
