I'm using a friend's seat of MCX while he's out of town trying to get a christmas present made for my wife. I've got everything programmed, but when I post the code, the feedrates are almost all over the max feedrate of my 4th axis. Machine is a '07 Haas VF-2ss with an '07 HRT160 4th if that matters. Max feedrates for the machine AND 4th is 833ipm, but the posted feedrates are anywhere from 148 to 2000. I've been in the Machine Definition Manager, and the max feedrates there are 833, which is what I need, but not what it's posting out. What gives? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've only another day to get this made, or I'm in big trouble. ![]() Edit: I meant to mention that this part is looking like it'll have right around 700,000 lines of code, which is why I'd really like to fix the post and not hand modify the code a few thousand times. |
