Problem with surface rough...

Im finally doing some more complicated machining other then 2 axis stuff and my knowledge is limited. Im trying to make a simple die that will shape the end of a tube. Im doing a surface rough using a 1/2" ball em but for some reason it wants to make the first cut the depth of the tool radius (.25") when I want all cuts to be only .05". I have checked all of the settings and cant find anywhere to change it. I have attached 2 screen shots, you can see the first tool path at the top of the parts is much deeper then the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I,m guessing rough pocket? go to the cut depths button and it will say adustment to first cut change this to .250 or check the box that says adjust top cut to depth cut. this will do it. if not send me the file.

Try using ABSOLUTE depth cuts rather than INCREMENTAL.
Also try using "Roll tool over all edges" rather than "Automatically".
This is located under the parameters tab, advanced settings button.

Sorry I just read the thread again you have center of the cutter selected not the tip of the cutter, you need tip selected if not it will adjust the cut to the center of the cutter -.25 in this case.
