I found most of my GE3 files from my old version of Mastercam (V3.?). Is there some way to bulk convert them to MC9? I thought these were lost when our comps were stolen but found them on an old parts comp I had laying around. TIA JohnF |

| John, A search led me to this result. I hope it works out for you. I haven't run V9 for quite a while and have never dealt with .GE3 files.
A little more reading reveals that you need to upgrade to V9.1 before running a VB Script. There must be more info in the help files... |

| Tried it, didn't work. I don't know if the problem is due to the different versions of the GE3 files or not. V9.1 lists GE3v3.1 and v3.21 as well as GE0 files on the conversion list. My Mill files are v3.21 while the lathe is v3.1, I tried both directories. I can do them one at a time but have a couple hundred files. Not giving up yet. JohnF |
