So, I have Mill level 1 in Mcam X. Is there any way I can do simple text? Part numbers and stuff... I figured out that I can use contour milling, but are there any fonts out there that are of a single line design? I tried using the "drafting" font, but the numbers come out looking funny. I can use the others that come with MCAM, but they are more of a block font. I have a LOT of parts to do, and I don't want the machine to be doing more than it needs to.... |

| Look on the internet for a font you like and buy it and mastercam will use any font that is in your computer.

| Font that are not Mastercam fonts will create splines for geometry, the programs will not be single line. I'm not sure if this answers your question.
