    Help with surface toolpath.

I am having problems creating correct toolpaths. The toolpath are for a lathe with livetooling. The first pic shows the surfaces that are to be cut, but the toolpaths arent comming out right. THe last pic show actual part after machining. The fillet between the side and the skirt arent machined and there are somekind of collison when the tool retracts.I dont know if it is just me or Mc ..The piston is designed so it would be possible to mill from the "side" with a standard full radius mill, but I cant get any toolpaths to work that way, (Prog comes out with no code) so know I have to machine from the front with a tool that arent something that we got as standard, so if someone got any Ide or would be willing to help me with this, I would be greatfull..... This part are to be used for my private interest, so there arent any company making money of this....

    THanks
