u can use toolpath to cut of depth which one of pocket/slot/surface that you want, and after veryf it, save back as new stl file, just press the Stl button

Hello all,
Does anyone knows how to increase the depth of an stl? not overall part / overall depth. same height but deeper the 3d.

Mastercam cannot change the shape of and STL.
