Do you know how to create an exact replica of a 3D piece in MasterCAM?

For example, if one leg of a chair has already been created, how do I make three more legs that are exactly the same?

you can use Xform Mirror or xform translate for examples and tell it to copy.

Hello, you do not see the shape of the leg so this could possibly do either way by the shape of the leg.
Is this a round chair or a square chair?

yes use rotate and copy the leg 3 times at 90 degrees should work nicely.
