you can use Xform Mirror or xform translate for examples and tell it to copy.

Hello, mirror is for making a right hand left and situation. Xform rotate is for flipping or spinning a symetrical part. Pat
Hello, you do not see the shape of the leg so this could possibly do either way by the shape of the leg.
Is this a round chair or a square chair?

yes use rotate and copy the leg 3 times at 90 degrees should work nicely.
