Mastercam book recommendations?

I am a mastercam newbie, what are the best books for learning the design and lathe/mill modules of MC9.1? They have 9.1 at work with some manuals, but I am looking for a good basic manual.
TIA
MM

Toby,

Your frequent endorsements are always appreciated.

Jay: There is no dark side. Just different shades of gray :-). Must be nice to have a boss who understands the benefits of keeping your best people happy. Always makes more sense to keep your Mastercam experts working with Mastercam instead of driving them away to work other packages.

Endorsements are earned, not just given . You guys help a lot of people in the working world.

It is the least I can do to help too.

Cheers
