Boring is NOT possible, as X & Y co-ordinates are fixed for the entire cycle ( using canned cycles of the machine )

The only possible way is to surface it from both ends using a lollipop cutter, look up "PORTING"
it does require an advanced skill level to get good toolpaths
    - your machine must be able to do full 4 axis movement
    - purchased either Porting add-on, or have multiaxis on your Mastercam seat
    - long, suitable tooling ( & holders) to get to the entire depth
    - fixtured on rotary axis, so access can be thru both openings ( in the one setup )

May be best to get some pipe & bend it
    - or do in 2 pieces ( right & left pieces of your drawing view ) & then weld together

You may have some "Samples" on your Mastercam install in Mill\samples\multiaxis directory
    - do a search for "sample" to see if you can find it
