Does anyone know how to rotate an stl model that was generated in Mastercam 9 verify for use as stock on another setup. The part I am making is cut on one side and then fliped -90 degrees around the y-axis for another setup. I want to run my first setup in verify, post the program, and then do another setup seperatly. When I do this i want to load the stl that I generated in the first setup as stock in the second. The problem is that I need to rotate it -90 deg. and move it in xyz. |

| if you saved the STL then go to "File" "Convert" "STL" there you will find "Xform File" this will give you option to do waht you want. if you use the WCS system to reorantate the file to the new datum then you can run all without using an STL.

| newtexas2006 He wants to rotate the Stl model that he save from the pror Varifed program so unless you use the WCS you need to rotate the STL file to the ne top of the part.
