4th axis on none round part

Ive attached a part I would like to 4th axis. I produced my 1st article using a fixture and 2D tool paths and a little 3d to achieve the twist. We were awarded the production run for 140 parts. With that being said, I would love to make this part in 2 ops instead of 4. The way I want to go about it is first drill holes for holding to a fixture, bolt to fixture, then cut slots, big holes , and OD. The slots and big holes are not my problem. My problem is the OD. I would like to, while in the cut, rotate the 4th while continuing the cut to achieve the twist.
The job doesn't start till OCT, so I got time to play around with it.

I am thinking so. can you send the model and how you have it setup for the rest of the path. so your MC file would be best.

Alright, figured it out. Hope this works for you.
The main thing Im looking for is rotating the 4th to cut the OD. Ive got the rest knocked out.
Also if you plain on using this for programing, the length will be in X. Ill be steady at it trying to figure this out.
I planed on using a piece of 2 X 6 x 30 piece of aluminum for my fixture. With a flange attached at one end to attach to the 4th. Also a center at the other end for my tail stock.
Thanks guys for all your help. The reason I post on this site is, hopefully someone later can read this post and help them out. God knows I search everyday just to try and better my process's.
