draw ball nose slot in mastercam

I'm trying to draw a 1/2" ball nose slot 1/4" deep in a flat plate. I can get the slot creating a ruled/lofted surface, but I don't know how to do the "ends" created by the ball nose. I don't have the solids option. Can anyone help? Thanks.

if you created the loft surface you can use fillet surface, blend surface. if you want me to help you I need to see the drawing.

At the c/point of each end of the slot create a revolved surface from geometry a c/line
    and the radius.

After you create both spheres as revolved surfaces you should create the linear portion
of the slot, used ruled surface, then trim all three to together.

    Which version are you using?

    cheers,
