Mulitple "D" designations for the same tool

I want to circle mill multiple bores with the same tool and designate a different "D-offset" for each so I can control their diameter on the control individually.

Can I tell mastercam to spit out a specific D number?

Yes. You're going to have to program each hole individually and give each one its own D value.

How do I do that specifically? As it is now it will assign D1 to T1, D2 to T2 and so on. How do I tell it to spit out a specific D value?

Ok, Go to your computer, sit down and turn it on. Take the mouse into your hand and click on the masterscam icon. lol... It's been a few years since I have been on masterscam (useing surfcam and Gibbs at the moment) but from what I remember you are going to have to make a new tool for each hole and when you are defining each tool give it the same T and H but a different D. If not then you are going to have to hand edit the Gcode. Goodluck!

You do not have to make "new" or "separate" tools. Just change the tool length number. See attachment:
