    Finding correct machine type

I am a bit of a newbie and was hoping someon might be able to help with which machine type I need to nominate in Mastercam X5 for my mill which has been fitted with Acurite Millpower to operate as a 3 axis machine.

As I understand it this will determine whether generated G Codes will work. I have been generated code with Edgecam but am wanting to swap over top Mastercam.

    Cheers

Your distributor should have helped you set this up. Does the Acurite Millpower use Fanuc style code?

Used Fanuc3X when first trued Edgecam and it kept crashing when running the code. A friend helped with Feeler 3axg17.mcp and that has generally worked well.
