Im using x6, router, im using a 5 axis router to cut these, i just know there has to be a way to clean out/up the outside rounded corners, they are rounded due to the bit radius.
Can you share the file with me and I will give you a few ways. what level are you running. I am in the midle of programming a new Thermwood 5axis C90 right now.

I have attached a DXF of the drawing it is very basic no surfaces or solids it is all 2d, I could not upload the mastercam file for some reason im using a 1.5" basic Ogee bit. we have a thermwood 5 axis M90, also i have level 3 mastercam so surface and solids.Feel free to ask questions thank you for the help.
There are specialized door programs out there for making mdf doors, as well as bit sets. You usually need 3-4 different tools, depending on the profile.
Looking at MasterCAM's website, I don't see MDF doors listed in the features.
It would probably be much simpler with a dedicated door package.

Industrial CNC Ogee Groove Router Bits by Amana Tool this is the type of tool that im using only mine is bigger in dia. sadly i dont think there is an easy way to do this,
I think your problem here is you can't cut inside square corners with a cutting tool that is spinning in circles. Seems you are attempting to make faux-raised panel doors, not real ones. Sorry, but there is no "solution" to your problem. Either make real raised panel doors and assemble them or live with filleted inside corners.

I finally got chance to open for file but I am not sure what you are trying to do. if you are trying to do corners Sharp that wont happen if you are trying to close to sharp corners then I can help. we can tapper the corner by taking your tool at a 45 deg for example and run it from the floor to the top using a tapered tool.

As I already said, there are many solutions, from free to thousands of $$Sorry, but there is no "solution" to your problem.
Free
Inexpensive (relatively)
Expensive
Also Expensive
There are many more.
But there is no simple one tool solution.

If you had AlphaCAM, this would be very easy.. But I know, that this don't help you in the moment...![]()
