Is this a result of playing around with the operations libraries? Have you tried saving as new file name and delete one operation and trying again to identify the culprit?
unable to regenerate first machining operation. locks up the cpu at 100 percent usage. change .zip to mcx-5 as file is not zipped.

I had the problem before in X3. And like you, had to delete the particular operation and recreate it. If I recall, I reselected some geometry, then edited the geometry before regenerating the tool path. X3 went nuts when trying to regenerate then. So, I deleted that operation and remade it. Worked fine after that.

I just regen the file but adjusting stock and boundry and regen and then I will post the file back Joe.
