    filleting surfaces

I am trying to fillet surfaces together, one of the surfaces is on a spline, the other on an arc. Where the two come together, I am getting a small (.005 or less) size "hole" where the two are supposed to meet together. This is after trying to trim surface to surface, then trim to curve, plane, ect. I just can't seem to get it.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

I have run into this problem a lot in MasterCam. Sometimes I have had to create extra solids to "fill in". Sometime I never got it to work and ended up changing the base model.

On the machining side, you can tell MasterCam what size gaps to jump over and how to jump them.
