    Contouring over a hole.

This might be a pretty simple solution, but I can't seem to find a way of contouring over a drill hole in my model.

I went ahead filled the hole in hopes of that being a solution, but the toolpath still wants to avoid going over it. If the best solution is to combine the entities of the hole with the part, I'd need some direction on how to do that. I was hoping to still drill the hole in Mastercam though.

I'm not a Mastercam veteran by anymeans, so bare with me.

Here's the part with the hole filled:

Here's the part after being verified:

    Thanks for any help

How are you picking the tool path? Are you selecting the surface of the bottom of the grooves? Are you selecting Edges? If the bottom of the grooves are a single depth, try Contour and select Edges. To drill a hole, all you need is a point. Upload your actual solid model for more suggestions and possible examples.

You know what? You're totally right. I was selecting 'surface' with the contour, when instead, if I select the upper edges of the groves it works perfectly.
    Thanks!
