I'm trying to create surface fillets on this surface, most problem is on top cross fillets are .030 I'm using mastercam 9.Check attachment please.Thank You

Sorry do not have V9 running on any of my computers to tell you exctly in V9

Fillets on bottom I can create no problem,only on top cross corners I can't create fillets surface,yes those surfaces are not trimmed ,Im not sure how to trimmed them any hints.Thnak YouOriginally Posted by txcncman

Now can either Solidworks? or Mcamx? do a variable shoulder RHO curve fillets?

Reason,
Radii are kinda plain ho-hum and are not as flowing as this conic curve.
The only software I have to do this 1997 issue and I have to IGES it into Mcam to cut.
