Need temp compensation for 6061 large dia job

I have a 16"+ dia job holding .001 inside and out. No surface temp reading tools, but a temp controlled building. I know this is not pretty. Is there a formula for figuring temp comp per degree of temperature? If I need a dia to be 14.5619 ID at 68, what size should I shoot for at 72?

    Thank you.
