Can get a radius on the top and bottom of this part

    Hi all,
If anyone can help I would sure be grateful.
I have this part and need to put a 3/32 rad on the top and bottom that goes all the way around. It's never been a problem, but this part just will not let me do it.
It won't let me upload a mcam file so here is a dxf of the profile.
I need this .750 deep with a 3/32 radius on the top and bottom outer edge.

Please take a look and let me know what you find.
    Thanks in advance.....

MasterCam is stupid? I can get it close by using Solids > Fillet > Fillet. Select Edge. Start on the inside radii first and fillet those. Then move out to the second edges. Do not propagate along tangents. Then do the flats on the ends. You will end up with a slight point at the "corners". You might can make a solid tool body with Rotate and cut the corners off if you want it perfect.

I can't open the file you sent in mcam9
From your description regarding the way you did the radius, I've tried that and it only gets me so far then just stops.

Awwww maaaaaaaan! i tried saving my x5 file as v9. when i do and try and open the saved v9 file i get a parasolid failure. opens fine in x5. there have been a lot of changes in the parasolid kernel in the last ten years.

Were you able to get the rad on there?
Can you export it as a sat or iges file?

yes but it took a few tries. iges does not support solids. i have no idea what version of sat v9 can open. do you have a newer cad program that can open a parasolid file?

    Also,
once that has the radius on it, is there any way to reduce the thickness of the part to .690 without having to re-create the whole thing?

maybe scale it in the Z axis?
