So those are basically 2.5 axis moves.
Setup your WCS
then setup a separate tool plane for each of the 2 cuts so it simply rotates to those angles then cuts those features.
It is like a 4th axis indexer style or horizontal type of move
SO I'm lost
I want to use 5 Axis x5 setup to machine the 2 features.
I can get the tool paths (2d 3d contour) but can"t seem to cut in the correct place.
XYZ zero is the center of the part G54 "0"
Do I have to make a Cplane for each face and give it a different offset 1 -2 -3 prior to applying toolpaths, or just use the original center part WCS witout giving each cplane a different offset?
If I make no sense please advise and I re phrase..This is a learning part for me so please put me on the correct track.
Thanks for any help

Tim
When doing 5 axis do not use a WCS move the part to the origin location then, as said for your part create planes for 3 + 2 programming and set you plane and cut..
