Metric to Inch Conversion

I have created several programs in metric using metric tools and metric scale. I have a shop that likes to use the inch method of measurement. Is there an easy way to convert the metric programs to inchs without re-toolpathing everyting with inch tools...or is there a way to alter the post processor to output the programs in inchs when they were created in the metric system....
