Posting out to a Prototrak SMX

I have a Prototrak with a SMX controller that I'm having trouble posting using MasterCam MX5.

I downloaded both the posts listed on the MasterCam web page and both seem to have issues that I'm not savvy enought to resolve.

The first post I tried was one that listed it was for a southwestern industries 3-axis mill that posts out .GCD and it continually gives me "arc tolerance error messages" at the machine.

The second one is listed as a Generic Prototrak 3-axis mill that posts out .CAM this one continually gives me a "Mill to Mill Compensation Error" message I found if I leave the tool diameters at zero in the tool table on the machine the program will run is this because the tools are already comp'd for through MasterCam?

I am fairly new to programming so please bare with me if my questions are confusing or elementry.

    Thanks,

    Dale

The normal procedure here in the forums is to upload attachments to your posting. Include the post processor file, the G-code file that is generated by that post processor, and a G-code file that reads the way you want it to read. These can be attached as a ZIP file if needed. Then someone can knowledgably help you and not just be making lots of guesses. If the problem is related to the Machine Control Definition or the Toolpath Parameters you are setting inside MasterCam, you may be asked to attach some screen shots of your actual settings.
