How to Contour with face mill in Y/Z axis?

    Hi All,
My latest need is to figure how to create a ramp up and over toolpath with a facemill. Flowline surfacing is more than I need as it is a single pass in the the Y/Z axis. When I try to use 3D contouring I get an uncompensated tool path (assumes zero diameter tool and I am using a 3.15" diameter facemill). Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Jeff
