    Mastercam Lathe X4

    In MCAM X4 how do i get it to post an R value for the Radius instead of an I,J,K format?This is for any turning toolpath.I cant seem to find where to do this at, Is it in the post or is it a configuration setting?Where do i make this change?Thanks for any and all help.

    Try this..
    Go to machine type and use
    C:/USER/PUBLIC/DOCUME/LATHE C-AXISSLANTBEDMM.LMD-5

    That machine will post your radius' with the "R' value you need.

    In the Control Definitions file

    go -->
    - "Settings" pulldown
    - Edit Machine def
    - THEN, open the control def file
    - go to the "Arcs" tab (alter as your machine requires)
