    MasterCam X5 on windows 7 - 64bit

I have downloaded the Mastercam x5 at their website and tried to install it on my PC, but after the installation I'am always getting the message " NO SIM FOUND ".

I have followed almost all the help I can find on Mastercam website and downloaded the instruction, but still it doesn't work.

.....I urgently need the program for my schooling.

You have to go thru a reseller to purchase the software, you will get a USB HASP with the purchase ( this is the SIM, or security device ), seeing you don't have one---you can't run the software
The software you've downloaded is mainly for those that have Mastercam, & are upgrading to the next version ( if they are have the "Mainainance" option )

Mastecam does have educational & demo versions of the software,
educational copies can be obtained when doing Mastercam courses, some supplied with with learning books
they can also be obtained thru the reseller
