Just downloaded Mastercam X5 Need Help

Ok I downloaded the Mastercam X5 and when I went to open the program it states there is no SIM. Can someone please tell me what that means, please. Also I was wondering does anyone know how much this product is or no?

dload the instruction manual read the install section,, its basically the copy protection lie the old dongles.

As far as cost depends what you want with it, could be as low as a few k and as high as 15k or more.
what you want to use t for will depend on the price.
DONT FORGET ABOUT THE MAINTENCE thats around 2-5 k a year and I am sure it depends on what addons you have

Your PM said this was for a project,
I assume it is thru a Mastecam course ( schooling ) ?

You may be better to grab hold of the educational version that the school has ( if I'm on the right track ) HLME, or even the DEMO, to have a go at without the big expense


It is a timed copy, that has full functionality, BUT cannot post, I think the school's version can post it to their machines though.
