Question see attached link and zoom in on the the typographical map InciWeb the Incident Information System: Duckett Fire How can you save this number one, how can yo convert this to an stl file so you can do a mountain range profile ? Thanks |

| I do not think this can be done the way you are thinking. You can get a raster image and using the Art function, you can find "contours" and then assign "Z" depth values to the apparent "contours". This process would be both extremely time consuming and probably very inaccurate. You would be better off to locate a geo-survey file in vector format and work from there.
