    fixture consideration

I am going through some MC tutorials and they don't worry about the fixture. For example, I have a square plate and I want to cut it into a circular plate, how do they fix it? Maybe with a double-sided tape? and a small disk in the middle?

You might need to find another book for Ideas on fixturing.

LOTS of different options on ways to fixture parts to your machine.

I do use the Tabs function a good bit when doing contour toolpaths in sheet material. Really good function when you need it......

I need to machine a CleanXbox-like part, empty out the center, and do some work on another small face.
First I have to face mill the 6 faces to get a nice cube? This is a tedious operation. I can only do one face at a time. Rotate it manually.

Then clamp it on the side for HMC, that way, I don't have to manually rotate the box and do both sides on one operation.

Is this the quickest way to do this?
