Im trying to do a little engraving job, Im using contour for the toolpath, when i send it to the machine and check for errors it comes up with ( specified radius is too small..... Pulling my hair out on this one........   |

| In mastercam, are you using comp-OFF, offset XY=zero, and no lead in/out (un-check it ) ? In the machine, is the Diameter comp set to zero for that tool this makes the toolpath just follow the geometry ( typical engrave on top of the linework ) |

| Comp. is off in mastercam, tool offset on machine is "0", and no lead in and out. Does the filter have anything to do with it? I have tried changing the filter setting also, even tried filter off. using 30 deg. cutter. |
