Mastercam X3, How to plunge outside containment boundary with restmill?

Hi,

Context of problem:
Aiming to machine this:

from this:


With rough restmill, machining from stock file I cannot get the tool to plunge outside of the containment boundary. In rough pocket there is the option in parameters to "plunge outside containment boundary" however there isn't this option with rest mill. Does anyone know a way round it?
