Just received a batch of programs from my contract programmer. He is a good machinist but may have tweaked something he doesn't know about. What setting changed? I used to get just the fixture offset at the beginning of the program to having one at every tool change? In the past I'd only edit it in one place, he would run the programs, I'd edit where I wanted it to run and then sent it. My programmer almost scrapped a bunch of parts in a sequential machining package. Tools changed and it jumped back to the first part. He's now posting a E1 at every tool change and I've got to track through the program and replace it every instance. Any thoughts? |

| If you are both using the same post it may be the Misc Integer #1 being set different or a "Lock on to 1st WCS" setting not being set the same also compare the Work Offset # that is set in the "View Manager", you may set each each view, where he has only set the offset on the main WCS view |
