hi, i'm having problems with the srp toolpath, in that it gouges the vertical side walls of the pocket. have tried with finish boundry on/off, tool containment ctr/inside. but i keep getting red overcuts on the verfiy. i must be overlooking something simple.  is my containment wrong? what am i doing wrong? please show me how. thanks alan (file is in X5 format)

| I think it may be the finishing cycle, the tool is withdrawing up the sides of the wall - try using a lead in/out on all the ops ( for the finishing pass- say tangent, line =1mm,arc 4mm, sweep=90, copy to right lead out) you may also use a smaller tool tolerance in the verify options |
