| I have a 3-axis router and I'm needing to machine a job on a 2 degree slope. I've milled a ramp and secured the stock onto the ramp. I have a fair bit of excess material I want to get rid of first before I start the finer cuts. Right now the machine is running a normal rough pocket, and is cutting a lot of air... It is going to take ages. Is there a setting or easier strategy that I can use to adjust the Z angle for a pocket toolpath? |

| you can trim the existing path. go tool paths "Trim" you will need to create a boundry for the area you do not want any more from the side.
