Hi, I try to make some program using an aggregate head.
I have a part programmed with slot and holes on 4 side of a part.
For the first operation on the right side, depth is OK.
For the remaining 3 sides, it is like mastercam does not take into account the parameters.
If for example, my part is 8 in long X 5 depth and 3 in tall, on the front plane, the Y axis is at 3 in from the center of the part (WSC), the 3 inches are from the center of the spindle(Z axis on the G17 plane), not the tool tip.
But the plane on the program looks OK.
The C axis on the right plane is at 180 degrees.
I'm using X4 with the MProuter post.
I have tried to play with parameters adding offset or tool length with no luck.
The only way I could go around this, is adding a G54 for the right plane, G55 for the front, G56 for left and G57 for the back.
I have created a Zip2GO with mastercam and had to zip it again to post it.
