DXF on different planes ?

I have opened a DXF file in MCX3 and found that parts of the DXF are on 3 different planes. My question is, how do you move these to the same plane to modify properly with fillets, etc. ?

There is no need for this DXF to be on different planes so once I move them, I'll be good to go.

Another question on opening a DXF, when I open a DXF in MCX3 it always opens in color 15 white. How can this be changed ? I tried changing "Geometry Color" in System Configuration from 15 to black but no good.

I believe it is the software that the entities were created in as to it being white

You could select the "use current attributes" ( middle, multicolor icon in the upper toolbar) when opening/merging a file to change the level, color, view. Altering the system setting would have no effect on existing entities, it would only affect newly created geometry
