I'm using machine simulation on a 4th axis, and I see that it doesn't actually show the 4th axis rotate into position. It just jumps from one angle to another. Is there any way to see the 4th axis rotate so that I can make sure nothing is colliding?

It will not do what you are asking. It will only show as an index. Wait for X6. Or Mastercam 2006 as it should be called.

under config, check to see Silmulate rotary axis is check. that should get the job done.
