Pocketing Error

Hallo,

I'm newbie and i really need your help...right now i'm using masterCAM 9 in Windows 7 and the problem is when i want to make a program for pocketing, suddenly the software is crash.

do you know how to solve the problem?

Have you tried compatibility mode. XP or even win98?

honestly, before using windows 7 we used windows XP sp1 ( mastercam 9.1 sp2 can't work in windows xp sp2 ). Because of that we can't use the latest anti - virus ( minimum requirment is windows sp2 ) and right now anti - virus that can work in windows xp sp1 become rare.
we also try mastercam X, but there is also have a problem.

please help us....
