X4 Help (graphics issue)

when im creating geometry in X4, lets say creating a circle from a center point, my screen wont show just the cursor. it will show multiple instances of the cursor which makes it hard to see a center point i am trying to select. im wondering if it has something to do with my ATI 4850 video card. any ideas?

That sounds like a video card issue, we use Nvidia cards. You might want to check the hardware compatibility list to see if that card is listed, some cards are optimized for Direct X and others love Open GL. Another thought might be to update the driver, thats cheap.

X2 on the video card...but definitely try to update it first like fox said.
