Good morning gentlemen

let me first say Thankyou for this forum and to those who share their knowledge with the rest of us who are still in the learining stages of MC
The knowledge ive gleaned here from
backreading the posts is very much appreciated.

I have a gearbox case mcx here that i would like some of you MCGURUs to look at and tell me if i could be doing this a better way. If someone would be so kind.

can you give some more info? what is it for? Tolerance? material? Is it a high production or one off? All of these may help make a more informed recommendation

The material is 6061 the tol is about .01 its a gearbox for a helicopter air conditioning system, but what is required here is a good blend with the other curves so to leave as little polishing as possible

this piece is cut out of billet? if so thats probably what you'll have to do
